We always enjoy staying at Cascades - right on the Lake and we can holiday with our dogs, which means we aren't worrying about them while we are away. They love it too!
Always a friendly welcome and comfortable.
Thank you!

We were just okay with it. Certainly needs some maintenance done more often. Very jaded. Lovely to have our room serviced. Clean towels etc.Was not expecting that.
Location quite good. No lake view which was disappointing. Price was realistic.

I was first given to a room that was dark and damp with a view of the road. I asked to be moved a room with some sort of view other than the road since ad said mountain view the person at reception was not happy about this and argued that that was the room i booked and what did i expect being a studio. she finally gave another room, which i appreciated as it was more light and you could see the lake a little. the room was dirty, there was hair on the floor, bathrooms had mold around the taps etc. there was a dirty washcloth just refolded and popped back on sink. i did not have a chance to view the pool so cannot comment on gthat. i would not stay here again.

Beautiful location just steps away from the lakefront. The room was a bit dated but very clean; the bed was comfortable and the heat pump worked really well. Friendly staff and great to allow our dog to stay with us.

Staff were great, helpful. We loved the proximity to the lake and enjoyed a walk and cycle along the lake front and to Huka Falls.
The rooms are in need of some up dating.

Great location on the lakefront, ideal for my daughter to have her own space upstairs and short walk to the lakefront cafe. Would stay again
