The room is outdated, our room had a small ant like bug infestation, they came and sprayed and made us stay out of the room for a few hours and the chemical smell remained all day and night. The snorkeling was amazing as well as the beach. Most of the staff was polite and helpful but there was one individual at the front desk that was always rude or at least came off that way. Dealt with this same individual 3 different times and was not a pleasant experience. Overall the property was nice but don’t think I would stay here again if I visit Maui in the future.

Beautiful island very greedy resort. Beautiful view nice pool. Great people working on cleaning staff and bars and restaurant. How ever. If this place can get blood from a turnup as people say they would. Way to expensive for mayne a 3.5 out of 5 star resort. Very greedy resort. Workers once again are great. However the proces and charges are ridiculous. Yes, I can compare due to experience. Rooms need way more upgrades before they keep charging the prices they do. Once again. Workers are great especially the cleaning people/grounds people. Restaurant, bar great people also. Front desk are just doing there jobs but dang people. No, my wife and I normally family won't be going back. God bless everyone there amd good luck.

We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Maui. The property is beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our trip. The beach view was incredible, and the outdoor pool area made it easy to relax and enjoy the resort. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and great views all around. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Maui.
