Positiv: Das Personal sehr hilfreich und nett. Die Lage war in Ordnung. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Supermarkt "Şok" sehr nah. Negativ: Die Zimmer sind klein für eine 3-4 köpfige Familie. Sauberkeit leider nicht so gut. Schimmel in der Dusche vorhanden und viele Stellen sind auch reparaturbedürftig. Das Frühstück sehr einfach gehalten. Gemüse nicht frisch. Morgens hört man die Autos sehr. Das Hotel liegt halt an einer stark befahrenen Straße.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. While the staff were okay, the cleanliness of the place was appalling. The room was far below standard—it smelled strongly of cigarettes despite requesting a non-smoking room. The duvet covers were ripped, bed had cigarette burnt mark, and the bed sheets were visibly dirty, which was unacceptable. The entire place is in desperate need of renovation. For the price, it was not worth it at all. I wouldn’t even give this place one star, despite the misleading positive reviews on Google. Avoid if you can!

I called the hotel before travel to confirm that I need a no smoking room but the hotel gave me a room terribly smelling with smoke. When I talked to the reception they said this is the only available room. The room was so dirty, walls full of halls, air conditioner is not working and you can hear so weird voices coming from the neighbouring rooms. It felt like sleeping in the street. If you are on a holiday break and need some rest, do not go there.

Decent place for a stay! Good for price!

Upon walking through the doors you are hit with a wall of cigarette smoke. All the rooms are smoking rooms as well and the lobby has heavy smoke.

All was great, especially friendly staff!

I loved this hotel so much for me it's very suitable for anyone searching for a quiet simple and clean stay with a very good price, the staff are sooo friendly and helpful even if sometimes they didn't understand me but they were trying to do there best for helping me, the area is so quiet it's near to BEYLERBEYİ bus station (13 mins walking) and Burhaniye metrobus station (8 mins walking), the breakfast is good even it's the same everyday but i loved it, overall i definitely will go there again

Stayed here with family as we were attending our sons wedding. We definitely received the short straw with our room as our shower was broken, water dripped through our ceiling when the room above used their shower and it wasn’t as clean as it could be. Also we were there for five nights and the room wasn’t cleaned or the towels changed. We tried to ask but no one at the hotel spoke any English. The other two rooms we booked were ‘ok’. Breakfast was lovely.
