I’d like to commend Mia Dong at the front desk. She was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to guide me through the app - from booking the train to helping me place a supper order via your food app when I had trouble signing in. Her willingness to help really made my stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, the staff and experience were excellent.

Everything was great. Great location, staff was very helpful. Rooms, swimming pool and gym was very well maintained. Variety of options in the breakfast. Access to U-Town shopping mall was great factor and lot of restaurants nearby. Musa helped me to order some shopping items.

The front desk and maintenance people were excellent. The facilities need to be improved. 1. The safety deposit box didn’t work well despite crews coming 3x to fix it. 2. The bathroom door was heavy and wouldn’t close well. 3. Communication was very difficult since restaurant people couldn’t speak English.

Amazing location. Staff was super friendly and helpful... just the bench next to bed was full of stains. Hotel would need some refresh. But overall was clean and location is super amazing close to many restaurants

Great location. Nice but aging hotel. Hallways smelled a little bit. Pool and the gym was very good. Didn’t try the breakfast but it looked good.
