This hotel is amazingly beautiful. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the park and opera house. The staff was helpful with everything. A completely wonderful experience. Superb location.

As usual, everything was great for our stay, except that the air conditioning did lower the temperature below 21 degrees. They sent an engineer but it did not help. They said leave the windows open if you need it cooler. Imagine the summer!!

Rarely do I find a 10/10 hotel…. And I have not on this occasion…. It’s an 11/10. Thoroughly exceeded my expectations from early check in to complimentary late check out. Excellent room, turn down service and wonderful spa. Staff were brilliant. My new found hotel group.

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga was absolutely outstanding and made our anniversary truly special. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were the best we have experienced, always professional, warm, and attentive. A special mention to the Lady in Red, who was incredibly professional and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. We were also touched by the lovely anniversary surprise waiting for us in our room. The hotel is centrally located, making it ideal for exploring the city. Many excellent restaurants and shops are just a short walk away, which added great convenience to our stay. The highlight for us was undoubtedly the spa. It is a truly relaxing and beautifully designed space. From the quiet room, to the sauna, to the steam room and the indoor pool, every area was designed for comfort and tranquility. It was an experience in itself and the perfect way to unwind. The Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga is without question the best place to stay. We highly recommend it and would gladly return.
