Rooftop pool area was very nice, rooms are large and included a small kitchenette with dishwater and lots of storage space. Coffee maker available with enough coffee pods included for one day. Location is excellent, close to Rossio Station and very convenient to Metro. Walking distance to all the main tourist sites.

Very central location in Lisbon. It has a fantastic top and affordable bar on the top floor with fantastic views of the city. The pool area is great if you think you are in central Lisbon and you are sunbathing with privacy. Good breakfast with great staff. The only downside is the rooms need to be updated. It looks very modern from outside as this used to be a theatre and then a Virgin Megastore. It became a hotel but the rooms and reception need updating. Basically you pay the high price to stay there is more for the location which is excellent .

The hotel has central A/C and unable to control room temperature. The room is outdated but clean. Breakfast is small area with long wait lines. The food is good.

Ideally situated for any transportation, also on the edge of the old city to explore with restaurants and shops. The hotel is nice with good sized rooms and helpful staff

The Hotel is in a very central location. We barely used the public transport as most of the activities we planned were walkable. The staff were polite and helpful. The decor in the rooms are not modern, but for the three days we stayed was perfect.
