Relatively large room, great service, superb location

We stayed two nights to attend a music festival in Hyde Park and honestly couldn’t have asked for better accommodation! The hotel was clean and very spacious considering it is in the centre of London and all of the staff we encountered were very friendly. We only booked a standard twin for the two of us and our room had plenty of room for us to move around and have our luggage spread out and the air conditioning was SO appreciated due to the heatwave we travelled in - we even found ourselves having to turn it down at one point as we were a bit TOO cold. Our only gripe was the shower in our bathroom as no matter which way we turned the temperature dial, the water would not dip below extremely hot meaning we were unable to take a shower during our stay. We could have probably called down to get this rectified but we actually weren’t in our room for very long periods except for sleeping as we arrived late on the first night, were out all day the next day and then checked out the next morning. All in all we would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves needing accommodation in London again! Wonderful hotel!

Staff was great, restaurant and bar was convenient and the location excels. It’s in walking distance to everything and most lines❤️

I would say the staff let down the whole stay, not very helpful or friendly which was a shame as the location and hotel were lovely.

Friendly helpful staff, comfortable clean rooms, European size , with comfortable beds and great breakfast. Air conditioning working well during the hottest days on record. Centrally located, close to Hyde Park and transportation. Very price worthy.

Right next to Oxford street

Not great curb appeal, but inside the hotel was quite nice. Highlight was the very helpful and patient staff. A shout out to outstanding housekeeping.

Poor check in experience. Loud banging doors will mean you don't get a lie in. Lovely staff at breakfast.
