Добре Front desk staff were lovely! Very kind and helpful. The area is safe to walk around at might snd local restaurants are good. Stunning view of the Eiffel Tower.
The room is small. There is no place to fill a water bottle. Elevator and hallways were not clean. Breakfast was mediocre but good enough to start the day.

Под средното ниво The receptionists were very rude and they gave us a room that looked completely different from what we had booked. We told them that wasn’t what we had paid for and they belittled us and said there was nothing they could do. On the third day I spoke to the manager because I walked past a room that was being cleaned that looked like the photo we had booked and he finally gave us the room

Room was tight, but clean. Air conditioning didn’t work great, pillows were hard and blankets are heavy so did not have great sleeps. Great view of the Eiffel Tower, close to the Champs Elysee, and location is close to the subway so very easy to get around. Breakfast was very overpriced for what it was. Not worth it. There are great patisseries and a fresh juice shop around the corner.

We stayed in a double room, but it was not as represented in the pictures.
Our room was on the ground floor, and the only window was part of the entrance door. It lacked privacy, as the courtyard had a seating area where other guests sat around. The blind was partially see-through, which meant that for any privacy, we had to pull the curtain so no natural light.
Reception was not sympathetic or helpful - would not stay here again lightly

Good stay with family. Friendly staff and baby friendly. Breakfast could have been better as the options were limited but overall good experience and helpful staff.

The room was as described when it came to the beds and size. I don’t think it was air conditioned, or at least it was not working or turned on. We had two fans. Thankfully the fans were enough. If we had arrived a day earlier we would not be comfortable. The location of the hotel was great. Near many cafes, restaurants, Metro stops. I felt that it was expensive for what it was, and even though it was comfortable- I personally would look at other hotels for my next trip.
