It should be classified as a budget hotels with very small rooms and very small bathroom. Very good staff. Helped all the way.

Hotel has very strict cancellation policies and stick by their principles very firmly. Making me unable to cancel a fradulent credit card booking. However, they are somehow able to accept the reservation that is using a completely different name from the name on the credit card. Cant say I expect much from a hotel from scam city. Did not stay there but I can definitely say I wont going to this hotel.

complain regarding my recent stay at Ginger Mumbai Andheri on 14th Feb. Unfortunately, my experience was unsatisfactory due to a malfunctioning air conditioning unit in my room. Despite reporting the issue to the hotel staff, I was assured that the AC would begin cooling within 10 minutes. However, this did not happen, and upon making a follow-up call to the reception, no further action was taken.
