Hi everyone. They ran out of beer by the bottle and also I ordered takeaway coffees but they ran out of lids for the extra coffees but they never told us until I paid for them. So in the morning we had to get into the car ride the bumps with the coffees spilling all over so we had to bin them & carry on with my day. Although the staff were very polite & friendly as normal but on this occasion it wasn’t my best visit.

Very bad experience staying that hotel, i usually stay some holiday inn hotels which i was expecting same standard but unfortunately this hotel was my worst experience i had thise hotels, i also reported by members of that hotel, that i had in my hotel bed a bed bugs but the didn't took me serious and did nothing about it. Pleased avoid to booj ever in the future this Hotel. Yassin Mahamoud

Pool was unfortunately out of order. Had a very disappointed 7 year old. We got there early to use the pool as well. May be a text out to people to let them know this important service was not in use on the day would have been helpful. The temperature was 30c on the day so we were looking forward to using the pool at some stage.

Took 2:40 hrs to allocate room. Room 335 was allocated and AC was not working and no fans as alternative. Toilet flush continues leaking water. Cant open windows as they were locked due to health and safety and kids had to sleep in car as too hot rooms. Very rude manager there who wasn't even apologetic any inconvenience.

Staff couldn’t do enough to help. So polite and friendly. Pillows and beds were amazing. Blackout curtains, windows that actually open unlike other hotels. Had a fantastic stay.
