Location is good, rooms excellent and staff very helpful indeed. Breakfast was excellent too and it was enjoyable to sit almost outside watching people walk past. I can't fault it but would caution that it is an historic building and has no lift, although the staff offered to carry heavy baggage upstairs if needed.

Reception staff were great when we arrived, very helpful. Room is nice and cozy, quiet and relaxing. Great location in Old Town and close to everything you need.

Lovely hotel with spacious room very helpful staff I was worried there would be noise from the surrounding area but we heard nothing the hotel was very relaxing and quiet I would definitely recommend using this hotel

Lovely hotel, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I would definitely stay there again. Great location too. Uber drop off is about 5 minutes walk.

The hotel is located right in n the heart of town surrounded by restaurants and pubs, close to everything. No gym or parking. But staff was excellent, nice buffet breakfast and good coffee!

Wonderful and kind staff. Appreciate the wonderful help on walking tours, ease of check In and information on the Parliament tour. The breakfast was always lovely and coffee was great. An overall enjoyable stay.

The staff made our stay very memorable with their kindness and eagerness to suggest dining and give directions. The rooms are themed and immaculate. We had the Nautic room with a large soaking tub. Also, the breakfast is delicious, boasting some of the best homemade cookies I’ve ever had. I will dream about those cookies! The location in Old Town is perfect for just roaming around to see the sights.
