It's a great location. Quiet, but near the shops and seafront. Very helpful staff and a comfortable room. Not a big room, but what you'd expect for a period property like this.
The place itself is very stylish and well decorated.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms well presented and clean. Excellent choice of breakfast menu, served well presented and some different options to chose from.
The only downside to this property is the parking as it does not have its own spaces and parking in Brighton is not easy due to all the new road changes taking place. The hotel is situated on a quiet square with a public garden. Just a short walk to the beach and town amenities.

Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. The hotel is just a short walk to the seafront. We had a wonderful weekend stay and would stay again.

Wonderful small hotel in Kemptown. Beautifully presented. Spacious room with side sea view. Separate bath as well shower. Good selection at breakfast. Cocktails in fridge along with fresh milk for tea and coffee. Friendly and helpful staff.
Very short walk to beach, a bit further into the centre of Brighton. Highly recommend

ДобреОтсядане с партньор
The staff were very welcoming, but the hotel is not equipped for the hot weather. Room 8, was tiny, right at the top of the building, no aircon.
The shower head was blocked and a little faulty, there were light bulbs not working. For the price paid, I would have expected a much better experience. I asked about aircon, and the cited it being a historic building - but there are aircon solutions that don’t require external condensers!
