Checkin was disappointing. Long line and one worker who did not have self-awareness of her surroundings. She should have asked for help.

Staff was great with the breakfast service & when asked for local suggestions. Room & hotel is great, the view of the mountains is amazing with only a 7min walk to the train station. Overall very satisfying.
