If you have heart condition don't rent in this property. No elevator, more than 60 stair steps to the room. Remember, you are your the guest and the bellboy. Great location but very inconvenient conditions.

Really nice facility. Very spacious for Rome standards. Issue was I had booked the Jr. Suite and when I arrived they put me in the smallest and hottest room they have. Staff was unable to figure out what happened. They moved me to a standard room which is a nice room. What upset me was that they did not offer me a partial refund for the smaller rooms. I still had to pay the rate of the Jr. Suite. Very disappointed in my stay. Unfortunately after staying at this property many times over the years, I will not be coming back.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I booked my stay months in advance (in March) for my June trip, yet on the final night of our reservation, the hotel had overbooked our room. Instead of taking responsibility, the person handling reception repeatedly insisted that I had never booked that night, even after I showed screenshots of my reservation. After nearly an hour of arguing, he finally admitted that the hotel had made a mistake and overbooked the room. We were then moved to what felt like a makeshift room hidden on the rooftop. It was nothing like the room we originally booked. The bathroom was in the same space as the bed, separated only by glass walls, offering virtually no privacy and making it extremely uncomfortable for two people sharing a room. As two girls traveling together, we also did not feel comfortable with the room’s overall setup or the door-locking system throughout the property, including our previous rooms. To make matters worse, the replacement room had a glass door, which did not feel secure. Customer service was terrible from start to finish. There is no real front desk experience; everything is handled through WhatsApp. Despite downgrading our room, they still charged us the same price. This hotel ended an otherwise amazing trip to Italy on a very disappointing note. If you value professionalism, privacy, security, and peace of mind, I would stay somewhere else.

I wasn’t go to leave a bad review I understand things break, I sent the below message to the hotel and a couple days later got a generic email back stating I hope I enjoyed my stay and come back soon. Just want to let you know that we had a terrible stay, the air conditioning does not work in the unit, the first night I just assumed I set it wrong and suffered thru it. The Secound night was brutal was soaked in sweat all night even tried to find another hotel last minute to sleep, when I open the window it was colder outside then in the unit

Loved the location. Many stairs to climb to get to the room, but we travel pretty light so not much of an issue. The photos do make the space seem larger than it is. The toilet seat was unattached and not fixed during our short stay. The "hotel" is a central room, with an unmanned desk, and several (3?) guest rooms each with private baths. Our neighboring guests were not very polite and arrived home very loudly late at night. This is not really the fault of the hotel, but be advised that it is a shared space, and your experience my vary. It would be ideal for a stay if all 3 accommodations were rented by a large family, or friend group.

It was a safe and clean place to stay while we were in Rome. Very helpful staff. Responsive.

Great Location!! Right in the heart of where you need to be. It was actually a pretty nice place. The only real issue is having to carry your luggage up 80 some stairs to the 3rd floor. Other than that it wasn't to bad. We'd stay there again.

Worst hotel experience ever. We booked and got to the hotel and no one was at reception because it’s a remote hotel etc. they never emailed or sent codes or directions. Had a terrible time calling and talking to whoever it was. I have a six month old and she was exhausted crying and the guy was taking over 40 mins to get us the codes which ended up not working and it was a disaster(there is three different codes it’s way too tedious). After an hour we finally got into our room only to find out the AC doesn’t work it was muggy all night. Gets even better when the single person bed BROKE and my baby FELL! And the guy said there was NOTHING they could do until over five hours at 11am when we are supposed to be sleeping. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Booked the suite and it was great! Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms, pantheon about 1 min from the door, and great places to eat located all around right through the door! Has a chairlift on the first flight of stairs so you can get a free ride back to your room after working those tired legs all day! Taxi accessible if you need a ride all the way in/out. Desk can arrange for early check in if available. Doorknobs are tricky with the codes but felt secure once inside!
