Excellent value and very clean hotel with stunning views of the beach. Large rooms, friendly staff although sometimes it was difficult to communicate but expected as not on the main tourist route. Excellent pool.

It started out with a good deal for the room. But when we added one child to our room there was a charge of 750 THB for children age 7 and 3 years old. Once we got to the hotel it charged 150 THB for the breakfast for the 7 years old. There was no free internet for the room which was very disappointed. The TV channels were very limited. We came here last year and there was no improvements. We may look for another hotel next year.

No record of our booking. Gave us a sub-standard room to that booked and paid for. Produced no refund. Whilst we did not appreciate the quality of the room, the roaches seemed fat and well content. Staff were unhelpful. It was basically a school hostel.

This place is quite run down. If Madmen were to take vacation inThailand, this would be the place to film the series. The hotel was at its peak many decades ago and is just aging now. Very old and LOUD a/c in our room. Breakfast was very nice, though. Nice outdoor patio with great selection of breakfast staples.
