Spacious, clean room with air conditioning. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. Easy access to metro to the center of the city to see the sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

My room was below average for me. Not what I was expecting. The photos on the website are deceiving. Bathroom was ok, room was cold, door locks were horrible with a huge ass key that was heavy to carry vs. a key card. Close to the metro that was a plus. Overall I would rate this a 4.5/10.

I had a wonderful stay at Acca Hotel! The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel is also conveniently located near the station and not far from the city center. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a great location
