Customer service and food at dinner and breakfast were excellent. Bubbles on arrival was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this fabulous conversion of a historic church.

Beautiful hotel, super well located in the historic center of Maastricht. The rooms are very comfortable and modern, with nice big (new) beds. The rooms are very quiet and given the recent weather, the airco worked perfectly well and kept the room very comfortable. The staff is also very professional and helpful. I honestly loved this hotel and would stay there again in the future.

Eclectic mix of modern in old church . Bed and pillows excellent. HOWEVER, Service needs a shout out! - especially our last minute decision to dine at Spencer’s . They had a section closed off , but I really wanted to sit surrounded by the magnificent windows. A young waiter went out of his way to set a table for us and was perfectly attentive. The 5 course meal was executed beautifully - Bravo ! Reception staff were also very accommodating . Very happy stay

Beautiful and unique hotel in a great location. The only thing is that the rooms are quite narrow and there is little fresh air. The stairs to the room are very steep and were a challenge. I wish we’d had some kind of window because I felt like we were sleeping in a closet in an attic.
