Pool was a bit small and not easy to access but clean and well maintained.
The hotel just sits off the corner and there are numerous restaurants and shops nearby.
Nice restaurant on site.

First room was very musty/mouldy smelling and after one night I had to move.
Next room was fine. Everything from bedding to infrastructure is a bit tired and worn.
No breakfast included, but available for extra charge.
Pool was nice, grounds attractive. Shower head was lower than my head and I'm not a tall person.
Location is fantastic and I've stayed here before because of that.

Добре Our greeting was good and quick, and it’s close to lots of things in Sanur with easy access to the beach. The staff were all very nice, and the restaurant staff were just lovely, our problem here was that we had two cockroaches in our room and when we had asked if it was possible to be moved to a different room we were told that they weren’t dangerous and gave us mosquito repellent to spray at them. The thought of cockroaches crawling on us had us up all night, so we didn’t sleep.

Добре Front desk lacked a bit of friendliness and at check out the clerk was asleep on the couch. Since I had paid the night before and my taxi was waiting I just left the key and left.
Cleaning and ground staff however are very friendly and dedicated.
Was upgraded to a superior room because they were not busy. A nice touch and thank goodness because the superior room was still pretty basic but functioning.
The actual shower does not have hot water however the hand held tub shower head did.
I would return but only to a superior room and subject to price. There are many options in that area with a similar price point so easy to shop around.

When we first arrived, there was no welcome drink as advertised. I booked a standard room and it was very basic. No fridge or tea/coffee jug.
However, they were happy to upgrade to a superior room at no extra cost!
I strongly recommend the superior room as it overlooks the pool.

Добре Saved a lot booking through wotif. Hotel is in a great central location, close to beach, restaurants & shops. Original older style Indonesian hotel. Clean & comfortable rooms. Go for a deluxe room which are by the pool. Can get noisy from live music across the road at Artotel.
