The staff were helpful The bath tub was an accident waiting to happen. There were no guard rails in our bath and we nearly fell each time we took a shower The bath is lovely, an old style but dangerous

Beautiful old hotel. Very well located need train station and a short walk to the Harbour. Restaurants were very good but not located where advertised. Staff said they would be moving soon. Most staff were very attentive but a couple in the bar were not engaged and it was not busy

The property is elegant and conveniently situated next to the Principe train station. But zero external noise. Breakfast buffet is generous and served in a beautiful space. Staff are cordial and helpful. A 10 to 15 minute walk to most activities.

Our second stay at the Grand Savoia in Genoa. Wonderful hotel, full of history and old world luxury. Room was spacious & clean. Staff took care of every request we made. Breakfast spread was one the best we have experienced in Italy. Massage service at the spa was wonderful. Bathtub may be difficult for elderly and or persons with mobility issues, at least in our room.

Special hotel with close proximity to train station. Room was spacious and beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was an amazing place to celebrate!

This is a beautiful hotel very close to the train station. Beautiful old marble, wood and iron in the grand entry. They really made the atrium and breakfast area into something special. There are beautiful wood parquet floors in the rooms. Plenty of towels, robes, slippers provided. Wonderful tea/coffee service set up in the rooms. Amazing breakfast, worth the money. Old but well kept.

Very pleasant hotel in Genova. We took our aperitivo to the 7th floor to terrace for a spritz with a view. The room was spacious and calm.

The room was gorgeous and the bathroom big, beautiful and what a tub!!! Blissfull relaxation after a full day of train travel---and the breakfast the next is still something we talk about---FABULOUS!!! It is something we will never forget...really a wonderful stay!
