Room was nice enough but ordered room service and could have put the window through with the bread on the sandwich, took over an hour to get it replaced and after check in they tried to charge me twice for it. I therefore believe that some form of reimbursement or additional compensation would be appropriate.

The room was very clean and spacious. The gentleman working in the bar went beyond the call of duty to ma
