The staff are really nice, the hotel is well kept and the location is great but you can feel that the room is getting old a little and they need to use a good VPN on their internet for international guests because it’s almost useless without it.

Staff were great, room was superb, inroom dining lousy, location OK, checkin took forever, checkout was fast, i did not like the stale tobacco smell, even my "non-smoking" room case with a smelly ash tray "just in case"

We checked in and were given a room where the shower had an accumulation of hair and dirt from the previous guest. The maintenance is severely lacking ...there is virtually no monitoring of the housekeeping staff. The management offered apologies and changed our room...for a Hilton that should not be happening...especially when it is the most expensive hotel in this city
