Kid like the spa pool. The room was cleaned but on the second day of our stay, the floor was not vacuumed so it was a bit dirty despite there was a room service. Kitchenette is basically a microwave and a fridge with some cutlery, plates, bowls and glasses. There is no cooktop. There was also no milk or creamer given despite having tea bags and coffee sachets. The reception area had many brochures and a jar of candies and cookies. Cookies were good. Happy to stay again for the spa pool and central location.

Nice roomy unit with fresh decor. Well serviced. Not that we were there much during the day but it would have been nice to have a little outdoor area in which to sit. Easy walk into Hamilton city.

Great value, great location, the only downside was the group partying till 2am, fighting and slamming doors. It would have been perfect for our needs otherwise.

The location of Ashwood Manor was great as I needed to be close to Waikato Hospital, the room was basic but clean everything I needed for one night stay.
