Clean room. Comfortable, firm beds and pillows. No hand towel provided. No bedroom slippers provided. Both sink and shower drainage not very good. Water pools. Gym and pool not well maintained. Good breakfast. 😊

I had a truly exceptional stay at the Geno Hotel. From the day shift to the night staff, the service was world-class. In all my travels, I have never been treated like just another guest; I felt like part of the family. The care from the entire team—from the managers to the young man at the front door—is unlike any other. I especially want to thank the restaurant staff. Every time I returned from shopping at the local shops, they seemed genuinely happy to see me, greeting me with huge smiles and a warm 'welcome back.' Even though it is time for me to return home to the U.S., I know I will be back in a few months and will definitely stay here again!- -See you all very soon. -Mrs. Noemi B

Should improve air quality inside room (dust around air vent)

breakfast was mot satisfying.

1) room is dusty 2) there is no hand towel give

It was just for a night . the restaurant at level 1 made us wait for more than 40 minutes for the food as they forgot our order. Reason given : staff was trainee as she did not key in the system for our order. The room was average. It was the service that it is not good. There is nothing around the property building. No restaurant outside. Only 1 indian restaurant, KK mart.
