Poor TV connection. Cant open progs. No map to show some popular locations. Poor amenities. Can't find hairdryer. Fridge not working. Communication barriers - staff can't speak English.

Very convenient location near to ferry port and railway station. Like the strong WiFi in the room and availability of CNN channel on TV. 👍

I stayed here for a business trip because the Mels Weldon had such an awful smell. This hotel was good. Nothing luxurious but the rooms were small and clean and well designed. The overall feel of hotel was good and had no complaints other than the food at the hotel was limited. However, the Starbucks was right next door. I have different expectations for business travel than I do for leisure. This hotel checked my most important box of cleanliness so I was very satisfied.

Very nice hotel, the location is near many stores. The employees at the front desk speak very good english, which is not usual for China^^ The room was very nice, clean plus beautiful decoration and featured all what you need, nice slippers, bathrob etc. Looking forward to my next stay there.
