I only have one recommendation for the hotel. In the lobby, change the ringtone at reception. It is the default tone that immediately breaks the vacation mentality and brings one back to the normal grind of every day life

If you have the time and ability…..The Retreat is an MUST DO opportunity to decompress and rejuvenate both mentally and physically. Dinner at The Moss was an experience to remember! Overlooking and relaxing in the lavas landscape is a once in a lifetime experience.

Very cool hotel. Very slick vibe. The lighting and the concrete room walls are cool. Great showers. And excellent service. Really top class staff. The spa and the private access to the lagoon is awesome.

Every detail was attended to. The staff were articulate, friendly, and knowledgeable. The hotel design and architecture is beautiful, clean and functional. The spa and lagoon are world class. Worth every penny for a memorable experience.

Everything was wonderful at the hotel and spa. Unfortunately there was a family there that had a small child and the child came to our table several times at dinner with the nanny chasing after him. We also had breakfast with the same family - so again, not super relaxing.
