The bathtub was not draining, so I contacted the front desk. The lady there advised me to be patient until tomorrow morning when a maintenance guy would be available. They couldn’t even offer an alternative solution, like moving us to another room or providing compensation. Finally, a maintenance guy arrived a few hours later and fixed the problem. He did a great job. On the other downside, there were also a few minor malformations in the room.

Pros: Location was great Customer service was welcoming and friendly Cost was budget-friendly Beds were clean Pool supplied pool towels Cons: Rooms were dated (but expected due to low pricing compared to nicer hotels) Cleanliness of rooms were questionable - sticky walls and things stuck to curtains; bathtub was a bit of rusted; floor tiles had stains; walls had stains Tv was old and delayed Phone buttons to contact front desk did not work

The room was in a bit of rough shape stains on the walls,There was a picture on the wall the glass was broken. There was a bad smell in the room definitely will never stay there again.I understand you gotta ask to get your room cleaned but I atleast thought they would take the garbage away.I had to remove the garbage myself
