Staff were very helpful - had us both an early check in and late check out. Bed was comfortable and room was well equipped in funky functional way. A kettle and tea/coffee were provided and a pay mini bar. Breakfast was ok - the young staff weren’t helpful offering hot drinks or hot food from the à la carte menu so I didn’t know that was available. However, all three reception staff I dealt with were great. The cafe was nice too. Loved the location and would definitely stay again.

Wasn't told we needed to put room key in a reader to get lights to work. Not sure if this is something common in Europe but I've never been there before. Staff seemed mediocre.
