White male asst manager was racist against my mixed grandson and black son in law . Our lock on the hotel door didn’t work the entire stay meaning staff had to open our door and if your dinner was in hand well may as well expect to eat it cold sometimes an hour or longer waiting on someone to assist till finally after numerous complaints to front desk and work order was put in in and the maintenance man requested we get get comped nights due to the fact this had went on so long and not addressed. However they had to order parts for the door leaving our room out of commission. Therefore after and exhausted move that took 2 hours because we also have a artistic child , we were addressed by this w/m ass manager apparently he knew nothing accused us of not paying for our stay ; Demanding us to leave the hotel all the while guest in hallway awaiting to go in the very room we were moved too watching this bizarre situation take place he kept beating on the door every 2 mins asking why I was finished packing up then sent his maids in to pack our things along with us leaving behind several expensive items a watch phone iPad pair of shoes , baby’s medicine etc. when I called the front desk was confused as to why we left and I tried to explain the short version and they gladly retrieved most items and said they would keep them safe till we came and retrieved them. Next morning I called to let them know I’m in route to get our things and the w/m manger said we were band fm property.

Good value for the price. Rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast was really nice, with more items than usual. Easy to get to the French Quarter. Staff are super friendly.

Always a good stay

Must I was one of the best days at a hotel and a long time the staff was so informative they called us by first name the whole entire stay anytime I needed anything we got it within minutes no long wait at all breakfast was delicious plentyful and the guy Dave that held the tours and everything was spot on about everything from eating tours which way to walk where the walk they are nice, I definitely would stay there every time I go back to New Orleans very good staff very pleasant

It would be nice if parking rates were more reasonable I paid nearly$50. a day to park my vehicle

We were extremely disappointed with our stay due to several avoidable issues. First, we booked a King Suite through Expedia, but upon arrival my husband and I were assigned a room with two double beds. The front desk employee, Michael, did not mention the room change during check-in. When we returned to inquire, we were told the hotel was fully booked and that the issue was Expedia's fault, with no attempt made to provide a solution. To be honest he was very rude. To make matters worse, the shower in our room was not functioning properly. After reporting the issue, we were informed that maintenance could not address it until the next day because it was too late. No alternative accommodations or options were offered so that we could shower. As a result, we spent nearly half of our three-day stay without a working shower. After multiple calls, messages, and repeated follow-ups, a staff member named Keith stepped in and was able to fix the shower. We greatly appreciated his efforts, as he was the only person who helped us. Overall, being given the wrong room and dealing with a broken shower for such a significant portion of our stay was incredibly frustrated to say the least, and I’m a Hilton honors member. Also, I have reached out to Hilton guest services to report this. No word from them. Thanks, Hilton isn’t what it used to be.

Our stay was amazing. We will definitely be returning to this property

The rooms were a nice size and the convenience of having a refrigerator, microwave, and stove was super useful. Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient to travel by city transit from hotel. City transit was $1.50 and they drop you off across the street from hotel.

The staff was my problem, only give one room key, rooms wasn’t ready for an early check-in, put my towels outside my door 8am Saturday morning didn’t get no towels back until I called room service at 3:36am after leaving bourbon and they only gave two face towels, one hand towel, and one big towel for my family of 4 to use crazy work. Went reported it nothing happened. The staff at breakfast rude, I asked for more butter for waffle and the lady snapped saying I isn’t anymore that’s for tomorrow. Like I only asked once so yea my experwith is hotel wasn’t pleasant. It was clean but the staff needs retraining or new ones period.
