This is a beautiful hotel located right in the heart of South Kensington. Hyde Park is close by and so is the tube. The staff are wonderful and could not be more helpful. Great place

We spent three of our four nights at the Rembrandt without our luggage because of a major luggage screw up at the British Airways terminal at Heathrow. Stuff at the Rembrandt could not have been more concerned or more helpful, particularly guys at the concierge desk. Our room was comfortable. Included breakfast was excellent. The bar was great with bar staff who know how to make a mean cocktail. Cabs were hailed with aplomb. A connected spa was excellent, certainly worth the extra daily charge to use it.

Great location, lovely staff and nice room. Would have liked to enjoy the pool but it is an additional cost and next door. Breakfast was good but breakfast room very warm and very busy.

Location is very good. everything thing else is a underwhelming for the amount of money being charged. my room was supposed to be a newly renovated room with a view. turned out the room had peeling paint and the view was the back-end of another street. breakfast was average at best. there are better places to stay for the money being charged

Really friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, though more fruit would have been nice but very good. Comfy room with good air conditioning which was great as it had been a very hot day. would use again

The noise from next doors bathroom was ridiculous the water pipes could be heard over the tv other than that the hotel was clean and breakfast was good staff excellent and location perfect but the noise surely something can be done
