Loved everything from the food, to the vibes and the staff!

Amazing stay! Best service we have experienced in all of our travels. Highly recommend!

The property was beautiful and clean. The staff were amazing, happy, and helpful. Cannot wait to come back!

Excelente para parejas que buscan tranquilidad y elegancia

Incredibly friendly staff who provided special touches each day. Concierge was assigned to us at check in that we could text or contact with any needs. Never had to wait for dining or drinks. Best all inclusive we've ever stayed at.

This all-inclusive resort is really top-notch! The food was good and the service was incredible (usually). There were so many dining options! (French, Mexican, Buffet, Italian, Steak, Seafood, & Japanese) We were there a week and had a different dining experience every night. Pool staff were very attentive. I kept moving my umbrella to make sure I was in the shade and as soon as I started, an attendant would run over to help. Sometimes servers would walk around with trays of beautiful drinks, and there were buffets, fresh coconuts and crepes by the pools. Music and lots of activities happening in the main pool, but if you want a quiet space, I recommend paying for preferred so you can relax at the peaceful preferred pool. Preferred status also gives you a few more options for dining. Oceana is open for breakfast for preferred guests which is a nice sit-down alternative from the buffet or coffee shop. There is also a bar/restaurant next to the preferred pool that is exclusive. Both pools have lots of umbrellas for shade, cushioned lounge chairs and infinity pool edges looking out over the beach. You really can't swim in the ocean in June because the sargassum is so thick in the water even though the resort does an excellent job removing it from the sand so it doesn't stink in the hot sun. I was worried about mosquitos, but I didn't get a single bite and hubby got about 5 because they love him. We really enjoyed our visit to Secrets Cap Cana.

Amazing staff and customer service. Everything was great and the food was amazing. I will for sure be returning in the future!

The property was absolutely amazing. Multiple pools and beach area were always available. Food and beverage were off the charts. Staff could not have been more helpful.

Clean Relaxing Beautiful

El hotel es excelente. Nuestra parte favorita fue el restaurante de menu oriental y pasar las tardes en la barra de la piscina junto a Javier, Ariel y Manuel, quienes nos hicieron sentir como en casa!!! Son los mejores
