Definitely a 4 star hotel. Close to 5, but not fully there yet. Has great potential.

We’ve stayed at the Westin Excelsior every time that we traveled to Florence. It’s a fabulous hotel that is only surpassed by the quality of is amazing staff. Will definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel in the heart of Firenze , friendly staff, comfortable rooms (although a bit small). The only caveat is there’s no coffee machines in the room which should be a standard in all hotels nowadays.

Beautiful hotel on a lovely piazza and facing the Arno. Quiet outside of the busiest tourist area . But still walkable to all that you would want to see in Florence. Great roof top bar and restaurant. Service very useful and friendly.

Staff was super helpful. The daily breakfast was the best we ever had at a hotel. Perfect location just off the main shopping and dinner hub.
