Front reception was super helpful and friendly! Very kind. The reason for the low rating was the bed and the AC situation. The most important part of everything was to get to a comfortable bed and it wasn’t, feels very old and used already. I felt the box spring or whatever it was even after a topper. Then the AC is not cold enough to maintain the room cold and Rome was extremely hot in July. I wouldn’t stay again for those main reasons. Location was fine because I was able to get the subway. Does feel safe.

This is a great place to stay if your goal is to see Roma, We had two nights before our cruise to Greece and this locaton was perfect. Right around the corner from a Metro and we felt safe. Enjoyed the local food, Momma's Pizza was the best. And the Tiramisu bakery was delightful.
The beds were narrow and firm if you are picky about your bed, but after a full day of seeing every possible thing we could see in a limited amount of time, the beds worked great. Best part of the hotel was the location, cleanliness, helpful staff and fabulous air conditioning.
Would definitely stay there again.

Really loved staying here & how helpful the guy at the front was. You’re right next to bus stops & a place to buy tickets for transportation around the city! Super quiet area. Every time I would come back to the hotel, the room was tidied & new towels were available.

If you like small eclectic type hotels, this place is for you. The location is off the beaten path and away from the tourist areas but if you don't mind the metro and buses you can get around.
The rooms were clean and nice, and the staff is super helpful. Not much in amenities or nearby restaurants but that may be a plus or minus depending on your plans. Especially when comparing costs between hotels.
As a whole, it is a nice hotel but it does not have the tourist vibe that many people are looking for in Rome. Getting that vibe means taking the metro - which is very close and easy to use.

Nice Hotel. Convenient location, very close to a Metro Station, perfect if you want to save money moving to the Historic Center. The Room was good and clean, kind of a messy distribution. There is NO amenities at the hotel, just a small common area with a “home living room set up. Good neighborhood.

Absolutely wonderful staff,clean rooms,and very secure hotel too if thats something your looking for,very unique experience about a 45 min walk from the vatican museum metro station near by down the street is some really good cafes

My daughter and I had a good time at this hotel. The manager was very welcoming and pleasant. The rooms were clean and didn't smell. Spent one night on arrival and one night before departure. Will definitely stay here again..great host.. we felt really safe.

The reception staff was fantastic. Very kind and helpful. He (I think his name is Elmar) provided useful information and answered all my questions. Clean property and furnished in a very special way.
