Nice hotel in great location. Star was very accommodation.

The hotel was beautiful and very spacious. Our hotel room was super clean and nice. Staff was great and very helpful with explaining g everything. Lobby was huge. Restaurant was nice with a small bar. Highly recommend!

Everything was fabulous

Rooms were very clean and restaurant area for breakfast clean and well maintained.

We loved our 2 night stay in this atrium style hotel. The lobby area downstairs is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well distributed. The hotel is a little dated but still very clean and up to par. Excellent area surrounding as well.

Very bad experience stay with embassy suite especially the gentleman preparing omelets was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. When I approached the omelet station to place my order, he was engaged in a conversation with someone else. Without giving me his full attention, he asked me what I wanted. Since he continued talking to the other person while I was speaking, I paused and waited for him to finish. He then repeatedly asked me to place my order. When I finally told him what I wanted, he responded in a rude manner and said, “No need to repeat yourself.” Later, I returned to order an omelet for my boyfriend since he is with a one year old child with him, At that point, he sarcastically said, “Back again, back again,” in a way that was clearly disrespectful and unwelcoming. As a paying guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. The employee’s behavior was inappropriate, dismissive, and made me feel uncomfortable. This experience significantly affected my impression of the hotel. I hope management will investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that guests are treated respectfully in the future.

Staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived a little early and the
