It was not a bad hotel only if you want out dated rooms. It was clean, but it is not a place to stay for more than one night. The beds are uncomfortable.

Absolutely terrible experience. The room was dirty from the moment we walked in — dust everywhere, stained sheets, and a strong unpleasant smell that wouldn’t go away. The bathroom was in bad condition with leaks and poor hygiene (hair, dirty towels, etc.). The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, acting like they didn’t care at all. On top of that, our reservation situation was handled very unprofessionally, with excuses about “card issues” at the last minute. The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained, with broken furniture and an AC that barely works. It was also very noisy at night — the walls are so thin you can hear everything, making it impossible to sleep. Overall, this place should not be in business in its current condition. Avoid at all costs.

Being honest, I had low expectations due to the “Motel” name, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, and the bed spacious. The room was clean. There was a retro mini fridge that I thought was a fun, Miami touch. The staff were polite. The bathroom was somewhat aged, but hey, I had hot water from a working shower. Don’t need much more than that. No breakfast available, but if you’re looking for a place to stay that covers the bases, this was a solid choice.

The staff is top notch and when we needed something like towels or our sink fixed it was done immediately. The room my wife and I stayed in wasn’t great. Walls were very dirty, a lot of the outlets didn’t work and the bed was very uncomfortable. That said, the place served its purpose for a couple nights before our cruise. Definitely wouldn’t recommend a longer stay.
