The staff are extremely friendly and always smiling. Room was in a superb spot looking into the garden and seeing the city buildings. Room was always clean, and the cleaners come in every 2-3 days to change bins and towels over. The only thing to note is the TV, if it was a smart TV it would have been a nice package all together. Overall, the location is amazing! I will definitely be staying here again in the near future!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to Perth CBD. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. Attached to an excellent breakfast restaurant, the hotel is an easy walk to everything from Elizabeth Quay to the botanical gardens to RAC arena and all the CBD. Very reasonably priced for excellent value. Rooms are good size. Staff is super friendly. Would recommend getting a room off Mount St if a little street noise is bothersome. This will definitely be my go-to hotel in Perth.
One suggestion would be to put USB charger ports in the rooms. These days that’s an expectation.

Room was very clean, very good housekeeping staff. Car park limited to only 15 cars, most parks taken up by staff, so you have to park on the street which costs $2.00 per hour.
Eating area, too hot to actually stay and have something to eat, overwhelming wave of heat.

Excellent staff, clean comfortable room at amazing price. Strangers in city commented the best breakfast was at this location!! I said, I know, I am staying there! Close to everything via walk, boat bike or ferry. A stones throw from botanical gardens. A zoo trip in 15 minutes... 20 mins to cotlesoe beach and 5 xtra to Fremantle. Spectacular! 12 000 miles from America and I would recommend you and WA Perth to everyone i know.

Although the river view has long been built out, we enjoyed a comfortable stay at Riverview Mount Street. We loved the proximity to King’s Park, the short walk to the city and the quality of the cafe below. The room was large, the bed comfortable and the more recent outdoor balcony a tasteful addition.
