Didn’t sleep at all, the AC unit was sooooo loud, it shook the room. I was on the 11th floor. Crazy!!

The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Parking was 21.40. Limited continental breakfast choices. Only issue that I had was I had to request towels and rags more than one time. Overall, great hotel. Convenient location.

The staff there were so very nice. The rooms were clean and so was the pool. They have a very nice outdoor area by the pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast wasn’t that bad but I’m not sure if the waffle maker was working properly -or- it could’ve been user error haha.

The room was clean but we did not receive hand soap for the bathroom. I asked the front desk and they never brought any up. Also, the shuttle does not come once an hour but more like once every hour and a half. We had concerns about catching it and tried to call the hotel but the number just rang out. We were never able to get hold of the front desk and just had to book a taxi. They do just enough to be bearable for a 10hr layover.
