Near Tottori station and department store. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and hospitable.

Great staff who were very nice and accommodating. The staff during the breakfast hour was the most friendliest staff I've met and ensure that the buffet items were replenished consistently and continuously. The public bath was a nice touch/addition; didnt know there was one until the day we checked in. The amenities were also very abundant and nice from the body washing sponge to the drip coffee.
Rooms are of typical sizes you expect in Japan so just keep that in mind when you stay here.

Добре I didn't noticed when I booked this hotel again for a second time, the room was definitely smaller than the one I had before, there was no free breakfast and the price was much more, I guess it was due to the fact that it was a Friday, the parking is not free too. This time around the Front desk don't speak English, they used a translator device to communicate. Next time when booking please be careful to note that the offer can be different

The breakfast was ample and delicious. The room was clean and adequate, though small as is common in Japan. We upgraded to get something just a little bigger. The onsen was a delight for us. The staff was certainly helpful.

Some information in English about restaurants with a menu in English would have been great.
We loved Tottori and would visit again.
