First visit in Mexico City and I’m very picky about hotels, this hotel is 10/10, the location is perfect between OXXO y 7/11, el Angel, metro is like 6 minute walk, and is lined with restaurants and stores. The room was 10/10, very clean nice Tv, nice view, big bathroom, comfortable bed, air conditioner was awesome for when it got hot, as a women I felt very safe going in and out around the hotel area. The only issue was the WIFI going in and out sometimes but otherwise perfect! You can hear the toilets from the next room when they flush, but otherwise very quiet. Would recommend and stay again! Staff is very friendly and helpful!

My experience with PD hotel started terribly They wouldn’t let me park my car because the car was not under my name. It was a rental! The receptionist Itzel was very disrespectful and even called the manager because I was asking for a manager to authorize parking my car in their garage. Itzel the receptionist even told the manager that I was getting “pesadita” because it was my right to park my rented car in the car. Well, needless to say I had to return my car for that reason. I could’ve change hotels but traveling from another country to Mexico City it was just too much to do that with my family of 4. Therefore I would not recommend this hotel at all. The receptionists behaved like they were doing me a favor staying at that hotel instead of showing good customer service. Even the manager was not accommodating at all.

Stayed for a couple days and hotel was spot on. In a good location close to everything. Staff was super nice and room was clean, would definitely stay here again.

The hotel’s location was excellent—very central and just a few blocks from El Ángel de la Independencia. However, the staff was extremely unfriendly, and the hotel had a strict policy that did not allow guests to bring friends or any visitors to their rooms. Not staying here again.

I just stayed overnight and left very early nut the room was spotless. The staff were very courteous when I arrived and when I left everything in the room was set in place and I did not have to call for anything. The location is excellent, so I could not ask for anything better.
