I gave it a 4 because they only have 2 elevators for the whole hotel. It takes about 5-10mins to catch one. Other than that, I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Location was good for the World Cup Fan fest across the street and convenient for good eateries. On the down side my room was not made up the first of my three nights there, for some reason. Room AC unit was very noisy but worked OK. I did receive early check in and a room upgrade though. I would say the hotel is what I'd describe as rock solid three stars but needs a good renovation effort, meaning pushing it into the upper two star if not addressed soon. Did not eat at the hotel; and passed on the 2 for 1 cocktail ticket received as a welcome at check in, but we'd other things around to distract. Would not stay again but it was not a disaster.

Run down, uncomfortable beds and system was down trying to check in. Better to look elsewhere.

For the price I am paying and for a hotel in prime location and next to a FIFA world class event attracting people from worldwide, this hotel could have prepared better. First the room was so poorly maintained (1404) that there are holes in the carpet, paint on the carpet, huge scarps on the walls the lamp was not working, not the refrigerator (they eventually fixed that). The restaurant kitchen had an issue so only appetizers were available. Only two very slow elevators but that’s intrinsic to the building design. Bathtubs were stained and did not drain properly. Air conditioning was great, staff was hit or miss. Some welcomed a question others seemed annoyed you were even there.

The bathroom is so little that you can barely fit inside! The elevators were “out” the day of Checkout with NO warning & we had to all carry our bags down how many ever flights of stairs there were (our room was on the ninth floor, there were elderly people that had rooms on the 17th floor). The staff was not apologetic, nor were they acting like they were in a rush to assist or anything of that nature, which makes me think this is something that was done on purpose and to top it off. They had quotes on the stairwell walls once you got closer to the bottom. I will never stay here ever again in my life!

I selected this hotel primarily for its proximity to the cruise port, and on that front, it delivered. The port was only 5–7 minutes away, the surrounding area is walkable to restaurants and shops, and it’s conveniently close to the airport perfect for travelers. The staff was friendly, but my check-in felt rushed. The agent who assisted me skipped the amenities entirely I only learned about them by overhearing the agent next to me walk their guest through everything. A little consistency would go a long way. The elevators are surprisingly small and slow for a hotel with this many floors. My biggest disappointment was the room cleanliness. The carpet was visibly stained and hadn’t been vacuumed. The bathroom and entryway floors weren’t swept, and the counters were dusty and sticky I ended up cleaning them myself with Clorox wipes. The baseboards were cracking and the room is overdue for a refresh. My sister, also staying at the hotel, had a similar experience, and her shower still had hair in it from the previous guest. The location is genuinely convenient for cruisers, and it gets the job done for one night. But based on the cleanliness and condition of the rooms, I would not return or recommend it to others

La ubicación fue buena y la transportación d hotel al puerto de cruceros fue bueno. El edificio es muy viejo, tiene elevadores que se tardan muchísimo, el olor del lobby es demasiado fuerte para los que sufren de asma y alergias.
