The tv goes off after a few minutes, complained and the receptionist laughed and knew but they still rented it us. The shower head was broken, no staff in the bar to get a drink even though World Cup was on. USB port didn't work. Only one pillow each. The only good things were a comfy bed, excellent manager and a secure car park. Would NOT recommend

The WiFi was absolutely pathetic. No smart TV Not even YouTube on TV. Cannot even watch stuff on iPad because WiFi so terrible. The hotel was nice. The shower flooded bathroom. Other than that good. Good location. U BAhn outside hotel. Quiet. Gym brilliant. Didn't do sauna. Pillows awful sleeping on my arm. Very good hotel apart from my disses and complaining

The room was clean, organized, well-equipped, modern, and very quiet. The gym equipment was also very modern, and the sauna was great.

We chose the Dormero Hotel because it had EV chargers on site. It did indeed, but they don't work. According to the staff, there is only one that works correctly, but throughout our stay, it was connected to a car with a Hanover number plate and was therefore unavailable. Not impressed.

for the price, the room was nice and the bathroom was remodeled recently, which is nice. The parking is €19 per night, but it is nice to have parking on the property. Makes it very convenient. I would stay here again.
