Clean - Safe - Helpful and Friendly Staff - Comfortable Bed. Two blocks from Main Train Station. Rough neighborhood but great place if you are running a tight budget and not afraid of homeless people.

The beds are okay, but the room is not clean. There are stains everywhere, and the resident before me left their clothing and underwear in and above the dressing cabinet. The bathroom toilet seat isn’t clean either! The hotel reception smells really bad.
The only good things are the price and the location, which is close to Messe Frankfurt. The staff is also polite.

The hotel is dirty, the room smells of cigarette smoke and mustiness. There is no fridge, no water, no tissues in the room. There’s absolutely no ventilation or air conditioning. I wrote several times before arrival about early check-in — no one responded, but upon arrival, I was charged an additional €15 for the room and had to wait 3 hours. If you have the option, do not choose this hotel!

The shower without a curtain or door causes water all over the floor. This is just stupid. And dangerous. And had to use towels to dry floor. You don’t want that. Fix this problem. Also parking!! Announce before booking that parking will cost $20 off site!!!
