I especially want to recognize Katherina at the front desk. When the airport lost my bag, she went above and beyond to help me try to locate it. She took the time to assist me, showed genuine care and compassion, and made a very stressful situation much easier to handle. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly exceeded my expectations. The excellent service I received from Kathrine, combined with the beautiful hotel, great location, and exceptional staff, made my stay unforgettable. It’s clear that this hotel truly cares about its guests and takes pride in providing outstanding hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

Absolutely perfect stay for our first stop in italy! The staff were all friendly and helpful, the security was reassuring, the amenities were awesome, and we couldn’t ask for a better location. 10/10 would recommend!

Gross. Peeling headboard. AC did not work well. Room was really small for the price. We stayed in three different hotels in Rome throughout our trip and this one was more expensive but the lowest quality and worst hotel was stayed in.

The room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. It was close to many of the sites, like the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The only negative was the intense scent from the sheets and comforter. But overall, nice stay.

Nice hotel with friendly staff! The room we had was incredibly small as we were joining a cruise we had more luggage than if it was a long weekend trip so it wasn’t ideal for us there were awkward stairs to get to the room as well which was hard moving our luggage although they had a little luggage lift for the main stairs. The aircon in our room took forever to cool and it was 39 degrees outside so the room temperature was not comfortable. It was also quite awkward to get to we got an uber and he would only drop at the end of the street so had to drag suitcases for about 5 mins to find the hotel. Overall nice stay if long weekend but not in the hot summer months.
