The room was clean 100% every day. The staff was great specially the Concierges who are always helpfull and with best attitude, special thanks to Colin. Breakfast buffet really good and all the staff with great attitude. Is the best hotel in Sydney by far and with the best location to access the Rocks and the Restaurant area. Also the access to cross the Bridge is 50 meters from the hotel.

A marvelous stay as usual. Service and food was very good but it is still an expensive stay.

The staff was so nice and helpful. In particular, Peter was so so nice. He remembered my name, asked me about my day, and was excited to see my photos. He made the stay so very nice and is an incredible ambassador for the brand. The opera house view room was gorgeous, too.

The room had a view and was large and clean. Check in was a breeze as was check out. The location is great. The only drawback is we booked the breakfast - and due to us leaving the next day they did not allow us to exchange breakfast so got cheap box breakfast the next morning.

A level of service that is above the rest, and I guess you can expect that from a multi star hotel but nice to experience it all the same- friendly and welcoming and the only negative was getting there from the train- a lot of steps to drag a case, but overall, I would recommend it and stay again.

Everything here is at 5-star level, including the amenity and cleanliness of the rooms, the politeness and helpfulness of the staff, the quality of the food served at breakfast and in the Horizon Lounge, and the excellent location close to the Rocks, Circular Quay and the Opera House.
