The rooftop pool was the best part of the stay. The second and almost equal to the first was the helpful staff, especially the front desk. The third was the breakfast. Overall, good value!

Overall the hotel was ok. The Lobby had an air freshener smell too strong and not pleasant. The room was clean but also had the air freshener smell when we entered, we had to leave the terrace door open all day to make it go away. The towels need change - too old. The breakfast was ok - nothing special. Staff was very nice. The pool and last floor was very nice, nice view. Its in a good location, lots of restaurants nearby. Only 15 min to old town and 30 min to airport, uber works perfectly.

This was our second time staying here. We like the very large rooms and this one seemed a little more updated than the the first room. Good breakfast, good coffee.

Самостоятелен престой

The Best Western Zen is very well located. It’s in a safe, walkable neighbourhood and close to the metro. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean and my room was quite large. This hotel has the best hot water I’ve had on a trip. The pool and rooftop are very nice and give you a great view of the city.
