Small very clean functional space! I really liked it!

Value for money accomodation

Excellent hotel with very quiet rooms, good water temperature and pressure and very comfortable beds. Rooms are small as is typical of London, but as expected. The staff is great and everything you could need including subway is a block away.

One night stay done the job.

The location was great, close to transport and lots of restaurants. The staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable for the two of us. Would stay here again.

We booked this hotel as it had parking which we needed as our daughter was having surgery at a nearby hospital. I spoke with the hotel twice (once before before booking and once upon booking) to explain that we would need to leave our car in the space all day as we would not know her discharge time. This was all understood and confirmed. However when we arrived to check in we were told we had to vacate the space by 11am the next day and that there was nothing they could do about it as they had already booked the parking for someone else. They were totally unhelpful and we were forced to book another hotel in the area, without offering us a refund for the stress and inconvenience they'd caused at an already very stressful time for us.

Hotel close to Earl's Court underground. No complaints (renovated room, clean and breakfast was delicious).

Great hotel, lovely breakfast and attentive staff. Clean rooms and a quiet area. Would go back.
