Brilliant and accommodating staff, stunning beach and amazing food. The only criticism is lack of baby changing facilities when at restaurants or at the pool and the AC was a bit temperamental

Amazing location and overall vibe of the resort, quiet and relaxing few days. Would recommend to improve the Speed Boat transfer, having no ladder to climb on vs having to use the tyre attached to the dock was surprising along with the food on the menus needs a refreshed approach to make the experience even better.

Overall stay was excellent however there are very limited food options, though the main restaurant is really delicious.. service was really satisfying my little kid suffered from Rota ( most likely not from the hotel as we stayed in phuket before going to The racha) and the nurse was extremely helpful, sweet and provided all medications needed for the condition until we went back to Phuket..

매우 만족합니다. 수중환경도 좋고 화이트비치, 에메랄드 바다, 이국적인 자연환경이 아름답습니다. 리조트 음식도 걱정했던 것과 달리 맛있었습니다. 다음에 또 방문하고 싶내요.

The property is gorgeous, the racha has a unique arrival lounge. The property feels like it is a world away and has the 5 stars to make the stay unbelievable. The pool villas are devine

We stayed there about 15 years ago. It was great. Now..it's a dirty run down hole. The 100s or day tourist that ruin the xperience compound the disaster. We booked 7 nights and left after 1. It's just awful....I mean awful, terrible.

Very nice. The sunset restaurant on the beach was never open but we soon learnt that it was not part of the hotel. Boat trips were available but as they were expensive they were regularly cancelled on the day of the trip. Internet availability was awful. It was very slow and you had to sign in to each area of the hotel you were in. Each sign in only lasted a day so a bit disappointed really. On site Hotel Spa was very good.

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. This property is only accessible by boat. Guests must arrive at Racha Lounge, next to Chalong Pier, 30 minutes prior to boat departure (surcharge). Racha Lounge is located at 42/12-13 Moo 5, Rawai, Muang, Phuket 83130, approximately 60 minutes from Phuket International Airport. The boat from Chalong Bay to Racha departs at 11:30 AM, 1 PM, and 4 PM. Guests landing in Phuket after 2:30 PM are advised to book a local hotel room. The return boat from Racha to Chalong Bay, departs at 8 AM, 11 AM, and 3 PM. Guests must reserve boat transfer at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability and weather conditions).
