Currently staying at the hotel. The staff are wonderful and friendly and willing to help. Nothing is two difficulty for them. I had a minor issue with the room and they moved me right away. I couldn’t ask for more helpful friendly people. Nice welcome with a cool loony and a complimentary free drink. The rooms are well stocked and cleaned daily. Beautiful pool And well lit up at night

Horrible stay dirty room got to switch to another room which was also dirty. Will never say again. Staff very unresponsive.

Property location too far away from the action of Pattaya for me Room and facilities were ok but l felt management focus was primarily for Indian guests Half of breakfast buffet was catering to lndian tastes so rather disappointed in buffet as l find Indian food too spicy .

Stuffs were great, good service. There were some problems with the hotel but they tried hard to fix it. It was unlucky wasn't hotel's fault. Breakfast was good, enough varieties. Didn't try the pool was out most of the time anyway Only problem for me was the mattress was way too hard for my liking, it'd be great for those who prefer hard bed but it was too much for me. I'd come back again if it wasn't because of the mattress.

The Beston Pattaya Hotel will be undergoing a renovation project. The construction is scheduled to commence the week of 1st May 2024 with an estimated completion date of 4th October 2024. The plan will be started from the main lobby, swimming pool and restaurant as the 1st project. Each area will take 45 days to complete. All renovation activities will occur in accordance with the guidelines set as above. The hotel will do its best to limit the amount of noise or disruption throughout the construction
