Stayed here after going to a concert at Wembley. Two adults, four teenage girls, the room had a double bed and two sets of bunks. The room was great, exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds, a clean bathroom, complete with toiletries and towels. They provided really nice coffee bags instead of the cheap instant granules found in a lot of hotels. All in all, it was a great stay. Nice and close to the underground and lots of options for food. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Was fine for a few days, breakfast went from 12.5 GBP to 15GBP during the stay, no chairs or sitting area on the room. Good if your spending all your time out 12hrs a day.

We ended up with an accessible bathroom- the handheld shower component was broken and the “overhead” shower only sprayed all over the bathroom and not over the person under it. Staff were very helpful and the location is great.

Very clean room. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Had air conditioning and available breakfast. Free tea & coffee in reception was a nice touch. The room was super big and had everything we needed. Great location for Euston & to get to and from Wembley stadium.

I had a room with a double bed and two bunk beds. Plenty of space for a large family, but the floorboards really creak very loudly, surprising for a basement room! No lock on the inside of the door which was a concern.
