I am an American visiting Germany. I do not know my way around this area or speak German. All of the staff at Meridien were especially friendly and helpful. They were so kind and friendly, too. The food and bar drinks were amazing. The hotel was always clean and so beautiful. It was a pleasure for us to visit and stay at your hotel.

We came for a short stay over but are delighted to have chosen this hotel. Staff were lovely and we will definitely be staying again should we return . Honestly service of staff is unmatched .

Great location near train station and close to main dining areas. Not really a 5 star property but very nice place to stay.

This was a nice hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I picked the room option specifically because it came with a tub/shower combo and the room only had a shower.
