We had a great stay here. 3 nights "working holiday" in the city balancing sales calls and family time. A perfect location to do both.

Clean room, with great kitchen facilities.

Our stay at the hotel was fine, however we feel our check-in service could have been better. We will message the manager to convey our experience.

We arrived around 6pm and was greeted by a less than friendly woman at reception. I checked in and then was told that our rooms were on the 7th floor, but the elevator only went to the 6th floor so we’d have to walk up two flights of stairs. I was talking to my kids about what a pain it was going to be to lug all of our luggage up the stairs, and it was only then that I was told that we could use a luggage cart and they would send it up the service elevator. It was aggravating to have to call for the luggage cart and wait while both checking in and checking out. As far as parking, I paid $31 NZD, but that was only until check out time at 11am. The woman sleep checked me in was the least gracious person I’ve encountered during my trip to Mew Zealand, and she should not be working in the hospitality industry. She was very rude when I asked her where we needed to park, and I honestly couldn’t wait to no longer have to speak with her. The apartments were nice and roomy, but my son’s room had a dirty towel and pillow case sitting next to the tv. Also, the tvs were very outdated and not smart TVs. I have never, ever left a review this bad for a property, but I think management needs to do a better job with the people who are dealing with customers. For a long term stay when you are fortunate enough to have zero communication with the people at reception, it’s a good value for the money, and the location is great. I would never stay here again though, because I felt disrespected.

Clean room, well equipped kitchen, easy access to the dinning, shopping facilities and Woolworth supermarket.

Lovely spacious rooms. Nice showers. Good kitchen facilities.

My family and I enjoyed the two bedroom hotel, however it was located on the 7th floor and no lift can take us there so had to use the stairs from the 6th floor.
